2. Scope of Services

  • Akaran Solutions will provide services as outlined in the service agreement or engagement letter.
  • All deliverables, including financial reports, compliance filings, and payroll processing, will be completed by the agreed deadlines unless otherwise stated.

3. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide accurate and complete information required for service delivery.
  • Failure to provide necessary data may result in delays or errors, for which Akaran Solutions will not be held liable.

4. Professional Conduct

  • Akaran Solutions ensures services are delivered with professionalism, accuracy, and confidentiality.
  • Clients are expected to communicate respectfully and promptly to facilitate smooth service delivery.

5. Data Ownership & Intellectual Property

  • All reports, financial statements, payroll records, and other documentation produced by Akaran Solutions remain the property of Akaran Solutions unless full ownership is explicitly transferred.
  • Clients may use the reports and data for internal business purposes, audits, or regulatory compliance.
  • Any sharing or reproduction outside the client’s organization requires prior written consent.

6. Confidentiality

  • Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all sensitive business information.
  • Unauthorized disclosure may result in legal action.

7. Payment Terms

  • Payment terms will be specified in the service agreement.
  • Advance deposits may be required before service commencement.
  • Final payment is due upon delivery of reports or completion of services.

8. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Services once confirmed cannot be canceled due to pre-scheduled workflows and compliance timelines.
  • Rescheduling requests may be accommodated with sufficient notice, subject to availability and administrative fees.

9. Liability

  • Akaran Solutions provides services with due care but is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of services.
  • Liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service rendered.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and disputes will be resolved in the courts of Tamil Nadu.
